1. We guarantee that your patent will be tailored to your business needs before filing, or we’ll redo the preparation work.
2. We guarantee that your patents will be free of errors as measured by our software tools, or we’ll redo the preparation before filing.
3. We guarantee that our background “jury paragraphs” will be written at a reading level that courts can more easily understand and enforce, or we’ll redo this writing before filing.
4. We guarantee that our written prosecution record will not trigger a State or CAFC court to invalidate any claims, or we’ll refund our prosecution fees.
5. We guarantee that our pricing will be straightforward, flat-rate, and competitive with any equivalent service performed by a comparable professional, or we’ll offer the same engagement price.
6. We guarantee that all patent drafting and prosecution will be overseen by a registered patent practitioner who has a STEM background in the technology area of your invention and rigorous formal education or at least five years’ experience in preparation and prosecution, or we will refund the costs of your service.
