This is for qualifying innovators who want the most valuable patents possible. By partnering with our patent practitioners, you can go to market before even paying for the patent preparation. Delayed payment increases the ROI of your cashflows. About 40% of our innovators qualify. How much does it cost?
If you qualify, only a small prosecution fee is due up front, and we will invest in your invention by funding 100% of the patent preparation. Repayment comes in three annual payments after your patent grants. We charge low, flat rates so there are never any surprises.
